Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@barkerybite.com. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled billing date; no refunds are issued for the current billing cycle once an order has been processed.

Modifying a Subscription

You can change your subscription frequency, quantity, or products at any time before the next order is processed, via your account or by contacting us.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your payment method again within 2 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

No Long-Term Commitment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis with no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal.
